The purpose of this fund is to provide financial assistance to any EMT - EMS Personnel, Firefighter or Heart Transplant Patient or Recipient due to medical conditions.
A letter of need explaining briefly the situation should be sent to the fund via email, fax or regular mail along with bills that need to be paid. The letter is then presented to the Board of Directors for their review and usually within 48 - 72 hours a decision is made.
